ReplyDeleteI liked the movie " Los colores de la montana" for a few reasons. Most of time when you see movies like this they focus some much on only one aspect of film and touch base a little on others. The two main aspects to the film where war and the conflict the war brought to the families surrounded by it. I like how they really drew you into how these families were affected by war and not so much on war itself. You couldn't help but feel saddened for these families that have to up and everything they worked so hard for. I know we thinks its so easy to do but its probably one of the most difficult decision one could make. But if you love your family it must he done.

ReplyDeleteI personally thought that this movie was very predictable. I was able to guess on what was going to happen next and didn’t keep my attention. The only reason that it kept me interested while watching it was because I had to read the captions to know what was going on. On the other hand, the movie defiantly gave me a culture shock. I guess I’m so use to getting everything I’ve ever wanted I forgot how less fortunate others are. I personally would not watch this movie out of class, but it was a good experience to see how different cultures lifestyle is.
